We are all getting more and health conscious and detoxing is a good way to get rid of our toxins in our body so that we can feel more refreshed too! The Slim Juice is a fruity enzyme drink that you take 30mins before meals to aid in your digestion. It's pretty yummy actually. Haha, The Wheat Bran Capsules did not have any peculiar taste or what.
My First Weight In:
Weight: 75KG
Body Fat: 44.2%
Visible Fat Level: 6
Body Age: 47 (ALMOST TWICE MY AGE!)
After 3 Days on Slim Juice & Wheat Bran Capsules:
Weight: 74.3KG (down by 700grams)
Body Fat: 38.5% (down by 5.7%)
Visible Fat Level: 5 (down by 1)
Body Age: 45 (down by 2 years)
The Most remarkable change would have to be my Body Fat Percentage. It dipped so much that the consultant was shocked too! A Person's Ideal Body Fat Percentage should be about 25% Only! I have a long way to go!
The visible fat level is the fat around our organs and the ideal is 3, Mine was 6/10, but it went down to 5/10! Jiayou Jiayou!
The Body Age is something to be concerned about. As I do not exercise much and I just eat, my body is getting unhealthy. The ideal body age should be the same as your actual age. #justsaying lol!
